Web crawling- Locating and scraping open RFPs

I am looking for somebody to find RFPs (request for proposals) from various websites for drone and sensor equipment. I would then like to have the information scraped and put into an excel file. The ideal candidate should have experience in web crawling and scraping.

Websites to scrape:
- Any websites with open, active RFPs
-RFPs must be active in the United States

Types of RFPs:
- Any RFPs requesting the following items related to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles:

-Drones (Mavic 3, Mavic 3 enterprise, M300, FreeFly Astro)
-Sensors (Sentera, or micasense brand.)
-Multispectral cameras


Preferred format for scraped RFP data:
- Excel Spreadsheet

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in web scraping and data extraction
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience working with scraping tools such as BeautifulSoup or Scrapy
- Ability to extract data efficiently and accurately from various websites
- Familiarity with Excel for organizing and formatting the scraped data
