Job Description: Data Entry and Analysis of Tournament Participation
Position: Data Entry and Analysis Specialist
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to sports tournaments. Your primary task will be to gather detailed information about participating teams from various tournaments and organize it into a clear and structured Excel file. The main tasks are as follows:
Data Organization:
Create a list of teams that participated in the tournaments, based on the following criteria:
Team/Club Name
Age group of the players
Gender (Male/Female)
City where the tournament took place
Date of the tournament
Excel Creation:
Organize all the data into a clear Excel file that shows when and where the teams participated in the tournaments.
Comparison of Tournament Participation:
There is an upcoming tournament with information provided in a shared link.
You will compare the teams that will participate in this future tournament with the teams that have already participated in previous tournaments.
Use the provided PDF documents of past tournaments (especially the tournament from February 23rd in Delmenhorst) to perform the comparison.
Report on New and Returning Teams:
Analyze and report which teams have already participated in previous tournaments and which teams are new and have not participated before.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
Ability to extract information from various sources (e.g., PDF documents).
Attention to detail and accuracy in collecting and analyzing data.
Good understanding of English to follow instructions and information clearly.
Experience with tournament or event data is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
Flexible working hours, but the data collection and analysis should be completed within an agreed timeframe.
Compensation:
Payment will be on an hourly basis or a flat rate
Create a list of participating teams in tournaments by club name and age and male/female. Simple job. I need an Excel overview of when the teams participated where. 3 Tournaments with different teams.
