Web-Savvy English Virtual Assistant -- 2
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
You will take charge of two key areas for my tech consultancy:
1) Day-to-day customer support. Expect to pick up the phone, jump on a live-chat thread, or hop into a quick video call with our SaaS users. Clear, confident English is essential because most interactions are voice or camera based, not just email.
2) IT candidate sourcing. When new developer roles open, you’ll screen résumés, hold an initial tech-fluency chat, and pass only the strongest prospects to me. Your own background—at least two years working hands-on with web projects—lets you ask the right questions and recognise real skill.
Typical work will include updating tickets in our help-desk tool, clarifying simple HTML/CSS issues for customers, scanning LinkedIn and GitHub for talent, and maintaining a clean pipeline report. I’ll provide the knowledge base, access to our support inbox, and clear weekly priorities; you bring the friendly voice, solid web-dev know-how, and a recruiter’s persistence.
Success is measured by three deliverables each week:
• 100 % of inbound support requests acknowledged within one hour during agreed shifts
• A concise log of resolved issues, noting any code or content fixes you applied
• A shortlist of qualified IT candidates ready for second-round interviews
If you’re comfortable toggling between live customer conversations and technical talent searches, while occasionally tweaking front-end code, this engagement will fit you perfectly.
