Want Work Time Management System in Google Sheets or One drive.

I Need an Automated system in Google sheets or One Drive. Which will allocate Project to Employee. After that Employee will put start time and end time. And Admin can see the Report work time taken by each project. And also can see the Report of Employees that how much work he/she has done in perticular Date Range.

Every User should have login Id and Password.
