Visio vba programming in excel

I have a multi-page Visio file that has multiple layers. I would like to have a excel file that can export all layer name and properties into excel. I would also like to have a checkbox created or each layer that can be turned on/off individually or by mass and if any page within the visio document has no visible layers then excel should be able to hide it.
