Virtual Book Keeper

We are looking for a virtual book keeper to hire on a full time bases to download and reconcile book keeping files using quickbooks desktop and quickbooks online. Your job will be to download or manually input individual transactions and reconcile these accounts on a monthly basis to ensure that it matches the ending balance. We have about 10,000 transactions that need to be inputted and reconcilied on a monthly basis from 2017 to 2022 some will be manually entered the rest can be downloaded. This will be the first project of many as long as we work well together.

Our current project is manually inputting transactions from 2017 to 2020 and reconciling transactions from 2017 to 2022. There are approximately 10,000 transactions to input and reconcile for all years total.
