Virtual Assistant - Book Publishing -- 7

I am an author/publisher of LGBT romances. I am looking for a virtual assistant to take over the formatting and publishing of my books as well as the management of my large book database. This is an ongoing job:
The duties of the job would include:
- Format books in MS Word & Upload to WordPress database: Ensure books have proper indentation, chapter headers, and advertisements, double-check basic html coding.
- Changing titles in photoshop and outputting cover files
- Upload books to Amazon: Create pre-orders, and upload formatted books to Amazon, Google and other outlets.
- Preparing Newsletters
Required skills:
- Microsoft word
- Excel (basic knowledge)
- Email communication skills
- Photoshop experience
-Basic html knowledge
