Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Send booking details, pricing, and follow-ups

Maintain a lead tracking sheet

2. Revenue & Profitability Tracking

Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for:

Daily revenue

Monthly revenue

Occupancy rate

Profit calculation

Expense tracking

Provide weekly and monthly reports

3. Marketing & Promotion Outreach

Send collaboration messages to influencers

Contact creators and pages for promotion

Send partnership proposals

Help increase bookings through outreach

4. Business Support

Maintain booking records

Help optimize pricing strategy

Suggest ways to increase revenue and occupancy

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication

Instagram management experience

Excel / Google Sheets expertise

Sales and lead conversion skills

Marketing and outreach experience

Organized and detail-oriented

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Experience with Airbnb / hospitality industry
