Versatile VBA Excel Consolidation Pack

I am seeking a proficient Excel/VBA developer to build a flexible consolidation pack. The specifics of which data types to be consolidated (Financial data, Sales data, Inventory data etc.) and tasks to be performed (summarization, filtering, sorting etc.) are not predefined. Therefore, the pack should be created to handle a variety of these tasks efficiently for any selected data. Furthermore, it is important that the final product is able to manage data consolidation involving a variable number of sheets, which could occasionally exceed 10.
