VSTO Excel Add-in

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop a VSTO Excel add-in to develop a simple suggestion box to the right of the actively selected cell using winforms/wpf. The suggestion box would have a static text and have same height and width as of the selected cell. It should work at all zoom levels. There are two key press combination that can insert the suggested number or remove the rendering.
