VBA and paytm integration

Need a person who is in expert in VB or excel macros and can integrate paytm payment gateway as well as whattsapp messaging.
We are an organic bakery where we get orders via google forms. The orders come into an excel spreadsheet. We have an excel Macro, which parses the order excel file and generates an invoice for each customer as well as generates a spreadsheet of their dues.
We want to extend the Macro and add the following functionality where it does the following
1) For each customer it sends a whattsap message with a pdf invoice
2) It sends out a paytm payment link for the amount due via whattsapp/email.
