VBA loop help

I need VBA help! I'm new to VBA and will like someone to create a loop with notes as my data sets quantity will change. The code should loop through the last cell.

There will be 3 buttons each button will go through the sheet and copy values based on the button. I have attached the spreadsheet, please message me so I can explain more about it.
