VBA excel copy data from 1 workbook to a tabel in another workbook

I am looking for help creating a VBA Excel project that will enable me to copy data from one workbook to a table in another workbook. I need this to be done automatically with a button, rather than manually. The data to be copied consists of multiple cells, and there will be less than 100 rows in total. I need a Freelancer who has experience creating similar projects before and who can deliver the code quickly and efficiently.
