VBA code to open URLs using excel fully automated and to save pdfs to certain location

I'm looking for someone to code a project in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) that will open URLs using Excel, and save the PDFs that come from the URLs to a certain location. The project needs to be fully automated, and open one URL at a time. I need to have the file in a way so that I can edit any of the parameters myself without needing any additional coding. The project also needs to be able to save the PDFs that come from the URLs for later viewing. This is an important project to me, and I'm looking for someone with the right skills and experience to complete it. Project needs to be completed within the next 4th of April 2023.
