VBA code for daily cash flow register

Hello, Im looking for someone who knows VBA, macros inputboxes,etc. Its quite simple:
I need one page wich contains different buttons that when you click it appears an inpit box with a question. Answers should be colected in another page easy to see and to make monthly summarys.
It will be used for a restaurant so buttons page will be divided by two "Medio día" y "Noche" and used daily to register cashflow from the restaurant. Please contact for more details. Its a simple job compared to usual projects on the page. I think 3 days is more than enough but as Im not in a hurry you can take up to 2 weeks. Maximum Budget 150 usd (of course depens on budgets and details)
