VBA code for Excel for a complex predictive system
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm looking for an experienced, discreet, trustworthy, VBA programmer skilled in data analysis and manipulation to create a complex predictive system in Excel with the potential for advanced machine learning algorithms. I will provide the Excel template as part of this project, so the VBA code (13 small sections thus far) needs to be improved and further integrated into this existing environment.
I'm expecting a high-level of sophistication, using the latest technologies and techniques to deliver results to a demanding standard. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities as a programmer and have a track record of using VBA to create efficient and robust solutions. The ultimate goal of this project is to develop a credible and reliable predictive system used for horse racing, that I can use on an ongoing basis. The existing excel template has some working functionality and framework to build upon. I have all of the rules, reference tables, nuances, conditions etc required to complete the project. There will be substantial reading and comprehension involved, (so superb English fluency is a must), but it will be worth it. We will also be required to engage in 'audible' conversations using Teams or Skype etc to assist in answering questions, explaining rules or the logic to be followed etc. Discretion is paramount. Much time and effort has already gone into producing the documents in their current format, so dishonesty, scammers, or incompetent people need not respond. I will need a commitment before I share any specifics regarding this project due to the sensitivity and intellectual property involved.
