VBA code for Excel to detect the language type and then convert the language into English language

I am looking for a VBA expert who can create a code for Excel 2016 or later to detect the language type in a cell and then convert it to English. The ideal candidate should have experience in VBA programming and be familiar with Excel. The code should be able to detect any language type and convert it to English. Accuracy and efficiency are key requirements for this project.
