VBA / Template / Macro for Excel Processing

We have an excel file exported from an estimation software called Ensign. The file has some data misplaced, if one of the cell has no value in the same row. and we need some simple calculation like multiplication for 2 values and that has to be added in another cell called total and finally the sum of all the total in the last. that's it. if we can contact then i'll explain more.is it possible to make a solution by using VBA / template / Macro...just let me know...
