Customized for my computer Excel, Outlook, and Word versions, add my digital signature, debugs fixed, add spell/grammar check, allow preview and spelling/grammar checks to be completed before sending, add DocuSign or AdobeSign for confirmed receipt of the document, and available space to enter data increased to unlimited. Request for recommendations for a smoother transaction.
Create a form that collects the data needed for the excel document. Entering the information from side to side can be challenging.
Design: Would like to improve the look of the Word RN Progress Note to deliver a medical report feel; it is a very fill-in-the-blank type of look.
