VBA Macro Assistance for Automation

I'm looking for an Excel & Office 365 expert to help me with Running Macros. I got Excel file link shared through Onedrive and i open it through Excel Desktop app but am unable to run macros. I tried enabling trust center settings dose not work. I wont be able to share file you need to explain me how to do this over a call..
