VBA Expert wanted (no agencies pls)

This is the first of several jobs needed to reactivate a large addin software to MS Excel discontinued in 2016 after 15+ years of development.
To win this bid you must have a superior understanding of VBA.
More specifically, you must know how to handle programmatically:
- Ribbon menus
- Arrays
- References, including their properties and methods
- The creation (in VB) and management (with VBA) of DLLs
To complete this job you need:
- A recent version and 1+ older versions of MS Excel (for beta testing)
- VB, for the DLLs
I’m looking for someone who:
- Pays attention to details
- Comments the code
- Writes in good English
- Has a passion for creating superior software programs
- And knows VBA in and out.
