VBA Excel Investment tracking system needs fix on an error message

I have a VBA excel investment tracking system written by a Freelancer several years ago. I suddeny started getting error messages when I split a contribution that totals do not match yet they do match. I have included a sample program and a snip it of the error message. I need someone to figure out what is wrong and correct it. This may require some back and forth for me to make sure you understand issue.
