VBA Code for Excel Data Transfer

I need assistance in writing a VBA code that performs a specific task in Excel. The code should:
- Loop through cells N3:N19 on the "Schedules" sheet.
- Check if the value in those cells falls between midnight and 7:15 AM.
- If the condition is met, copy the value in cell J3 on "Schedules" sheet.and paste it into cells B6:B25 on the "ASI List" sheet.
Additionally, before pasting the new values, the code should clear cells B6:B25 on the "ASI List" sheet.
Ideal candidate for this project should be proficient in VBA (Excel Macros) and have experience in writing similar codes for Excel.
