Utilising Excel macro option "Disable VBA Macro except digitally signed macros". (Fixed price £10)

My customer have "Disable VBA Macro except digitally signed macros" option setup in Macro Settings.
I send them a Excel code that is digitally signed. When customer open XLSM file, they see a warning message that the file is downloaded from internet. It mkaes no difference to Excel behaviour if the file is signed or not.
As part of this project, I want freelancer to tell me how I can supress the message on the customer side. So that when they open Excel it should not give any warning.
I will provide the Excel file to selected candidate only.
