Using VBA to interface to Jama with REST API

I'm looking to be able to import/export data directly to Jama using VBA. I think it's possible via Jama REST API but I don't know how to do it. If you can do it, I can tell more specifics. Basically I just need the basic code for it and I can update it according to what we need.
