Using API to import data into excel

I have an excel worksheet with 8,000+ rows of data.
One of the fields in each row is Company Registration Number
I would like to use the Companies House API (https://developer.company-information.service.gov.uk) to look up the Company and import certain fields of data into each row. The update doesn't need to be a live feed but I would like to run the update periodically.
