User Interface Creation (Google sheet backend)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a front end created to retrieve and store data for my tutoring classes to track student progress.
Background: I have two subjects with different levels in each subject. Each level has 200 worksheets that need to be completed to go to the next level. Student can be on a different level and/or worksheet to other students. Worksheets and levels are often repeated also. There is both classwork and homework. When a staff member selects a student and enters their current day's work - they should be alerted about homework status and if there are any notes or flags set in the coursework (Certain notes and flags will be set in the coursework to assist staff when a student is doing it). The number of students will be around 100 and they attend classes once or twice a week.
The front end should have the following:
1) Accessible by all staff on laptop/Mobiles from the Internet
2) Using google sheet as database (Happy for any new suggestions)
3) Prefer not purchasing any additional software/license. Being a simple solution I want to use cloud storage like onedrive or google as host.
4) I should be able to go into the google sheet and filter the data for various views like see a students progress, see a day's progress or see all students performance on a particular level/worksheet
** I have designed the google sheet and also setup a form to input data but unable to retrieve student's existing data from the backend without going into google sheet. I am happy to give all staff access to the sheet if you can setup everything in the sheet itself and skip the user interface and still achieve the required outcomes.
