Update old VBA add-in

I have an old VBA add-in for excel that worked all the way up to Excel 2013. I would like someone to look at it and update the code so that the same functionality (including UDFs, sheet functions, context menus, and command bar on the ribbon) is also compatible with the 64bit version of MS Office 365. I've attached the file to the project. Thanks.
