Update an excel file with optional fields

I made a simple cost calculation sheet for a real estate investment. You have some costs and income is either long or short term with or without financing. All calculations are on the sheet. I want to have on the input sheet the option: Short term or long term renting, and financing: yes / no. Based on that the results on output should be shown.
