Update/Program Excel database

I am looking for a freelancer to update and program my Excel database. The project involves modifying existing data and implementing general Excel functions. The database consists of more than 7 sheets or tabs.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience in modifying and updating data in Excel databases
- Strong Understanding of "if" Functions
- Knowledge of general Excel functions and formulas
- Ability to work with multiple sheets or tabs in Excel
