USGS Water Quality Data Harvesting

I'm in need of a data retrieval expert who will extract historical hydro data from specific USGS station and compile and snapshot view into a Google Sheets document. See example in tab 2

Requirements:
- Harvest water quality data from specified USGS stations
- Organize and format the data in a clear, accessible manner in Google Sheets
- Ensure the data can be accessed through a shared or specific Google Drive folder

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with USGS data
- Excellent skills in Google Sheets apps Script

Please note that the data needs to be well-organized, as it will be used for further analysis.
