Tuya Energy Analyzer Data Exporter

I require a program that will allow us to export data from a Tuya Smart energy analyser to an Excel datasheet. The program should be capable of both auto-exporting at specific intervals and performing manual exports when required.
The data to be exported is the energy consumption information as specified in the Tuya Smart APP. The exported Excel datasheet should have the data from each hour in individual rows.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
