Transport Dept Power BI Dashboard Development

I'm seeking an experienced Power BI developer to create a comprehensive dashboard for our Transport Department. The dashboard will help us track and visualize key operational KPIs throughout the year, enabling better decision-making and performance monitoring.

The dashboard should be built using data from a structured Excel file with 7 key sheets:
- KPI Dashboard – summary of all key performance indicators
- Fleet Audit Checklist – weekly truck cleanliness and maintenance
- Speeding Violations Tracker – monthly safety violations
- TMS Daily Review Log – tracking delays and trip completion
- Cross-Training Progress – driver training status for SV, Foreign & VIP
- Fuel Efficiency Monitoring – KM/L trends and usage
- Weekly Operations Report – summary inputs for reporting

Key Requirements:
- Highlight trip completion rates as a primary KPI
- Visualize fuel efficiency trends using gauge charts
- Emphasize driver training status for SV, Foreign, and VIP categories
