Transform Financial Excel Model into SaaS

I need an experienced developer to convert an Excel workbook, used for financial modeling in the renewable energy sector, into a web-based SaaS tool. The tool should have:

- A framework for user maintenance and fees
- A form-based graphical user interface (GUI)
- Capabilities for new and modified projects
- Tabular output
- AI 'coaching'

The tool is intended for two user roles: Admin and Basic User.

I have started using AWS and Python for this project, but it's proving too challenging. I'm looking for a professional with:

- Strong experience in web-based SaaS development
- Understanding of financial modeling
- Familiarity with the renewable energy industry
- Proficiency in AWS and Python
