Transform an Excel into a format that allows for more detailed analysis

We have some sort of Excel-based shadow-bookkeeping that was once created storing data of revenues and money that has been withdrawn from the partners. The Excel exists and will be shared and it works OK but we need this to be transferred into a much more flexible system (some sort of MIS) that will allow us to analyze much more in detail, e.g. how much revenues have been created by the respective partners, how much have been withdrawn, how much have been allocated to the company based on the amount the respective partners have created revenues etc.
