Transcription of data on a catalogue to a 3 column excel

I would need help in order to create an excel file:
I have a .pdf catalogue, with different kinds of info, but I only need the excel to have about 3 columns:
1. Which page from the .pdf file is the code;
2. Code, identified on the .pdf file;
3. Price, which is also identified on the .pdf file.
