Transcribe Scans to Structured Excel
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have roughly 50–100 pages of mixed handwritten and printed notes that must be transferred into a single, well-organized Excel file. The final workbook should mirror the source layout by using clear tables and columns so the data can be filtered and sorted without additional work on my end.
Accuracy is more important than speed, yet once we agree on a realistic pace I’d like steady progress updates so we both stay on track. The handwriting is generally legible, but you’ll sometimes need to decipher quick jots or faded print, so close attention to detail is essential.
You’ll receive high-resolution scans, any field labels I already use, and a short sample sheet showing the column structure I expect. Feel free to suggest small improvements to the format if it streamlines later analysis, but please keep all original information intact.
Deliverable:
• One Excel workbook with each section of the source material entered in the corresponding tables and columns, ready for immediate use.
If this sounds straightforward for you and you have proven experience turning mixed-format scans into clean spreadsheets, let’s discuss timelines and start right away.
