Transcribe Scan to an MS Excel Doc

I would like someone to transcribe a printed document into an MS Excel document. The document consists of 5 pages (175 columns). I have a specific template that I would like the Excel document to follow. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience transcribing printed documents and proficiency in MS Excel.
