I am in need of a freelancer to create a Training Dashboard in Excel for tracking Skill Assessment data. While I do not have a specific format or template in mind, I have some ideas that I would like to discuss with the freelancer. Additionally, I require data visualization as a specific feature for the dashboard. Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in Excel, data visualization techniques, and experience with creating training dashboards. It would be a plus if the freelancer has experience with custom filters and sorting as well.
