Training Assessment Quality Auditor

I’m looking for a fresh set of expert eyes on our internal quality assurance (IQA) framework, but only as it applies to our training-related assessments. The operational process we care about is the end-to-end journey each assessment takes―from design, through delivery, marking, moderation, and final sign-off.

Here’s the outcome I need:
• A clear diagnostic of how well our current IQA procedure supports valid, reliable, and fair assessment decisions.
• Practical, ranked recommendations I can action immediately to close any gaps you uncover.
• A short follow-up checklist or template I can hand to our in-house team so the improvements you suggest remain sustainable.

What you will be working with
– A sample pack of assessment briefs, marking guides, learner evidence, and IQA sampling records.
– Access (viewer only) to our LMS so you can trace how assessments are set up and reported.
– Copies of the relevant compliance standards we align to.

Acceptance criteria
1. Your report clearly maps every finding to a specific clause in our standards or internal policy.
2. All recommendations are prioritised and costed in time or effort so I can schedule them.
3. You walk me through the findings on a 30-minute call to make sure nothing is lost in translation.

Strong familiarity with IQA best practice, training programme auditing, and tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for sampling analysis will help you hit the ground running. If this is your comfort zone, let’s get started.
