Toronto Permit Data Extraction to Excel

I'm looking for a specialist with experience in data extraction, specifically pulling content from PDFs. The goal of this project is to create an Excel grid format sheet compiling detailed information about Toronto permits. These permits are available on the Toronto's official website but individually, as PDFs. The final product should be thoroughly organized and include:
- Permit type
- Permit date
- Permit restrictions
- Address
- Permit status
Handling and manipulation of PDF data will be required, so applicable coding expertise will be essential. A strong understanding of Excel and prior experience with similar tasks is also necessary in order to structurally organise the data in grid format effectively.
