Tool for dispatch scheduling

I'm in need of a tool for dispatch scheduling and have chosen Excel as the type of tool I'd like to use. I have a list of specific features that I'd like this tool to include, so it's important that it is tailored to my own personal needs. Additionally, I plan to have up to 5 users using the tool, so it needs to be able to accommodate that. My ideal tool must have the features I require, but should be user-friendly and as intuitive as possible for a seamless experience.
Requirement is:
We have an excel file with the updated inventory and another excel file with truck wise bundled orders. I need a tool/excel automated template which, when fed with both the files, should update me on which truck wise bundled orders can be executed/dispatched today and what is missing from other trucks wise bundled orders.
