Tip sharing spreadsheet -- 2

I need an automated spreadsheet system for managing tips in my restaurant. it is currently manual. the way an automated system might look as follows:

Step 1: The cashier enters the restaurant bill amount into an Excel spreadsheet.

Step 2: The cashier selects from a menu of team members who participated in providing service for that particular table.

Step 3: For each team member selected, the cashier specifies the tip percentage they should receive.

Step 4: The system populates a cell for each team member with the dollar amount of the tip they received.

Step 5: The system keeps individual files for each team member that record the tips they earned for each occasion.

Step 6: The back office can access this data and generate a report of tips by individual using date ranges. For example, they can select a pay period range and have an amount to enter for each team member's payroll information.

I need a spreadsheet system that allows for efficient and accurate management of tips, making it easier for the cashiers and the back office to keep track of and distribute earnings to team members.
