Time Tracking Utility Development based on Customer and Task type

I'm looking for a developer to create a standalone utility that tracks and consolidates time spent on different tasks, organized by customer name for each day. The utility should continuously update an Excel file with the collected data. I will provide a list of customers, tasks, and types with dummy values for testing.
