Tidy Excel Headers & Data

I need a quick but meticulous pass over my Excel file. Every column header must be made bold and left-aligned so the sheet looks uniform at a glance. After that, go through each cell that should contain text and make sure it is actually stored as text—no rogue numbers, line breaks, or hidden spaces. The numeric and date columns can remain untouched, and I do not want any conditional formatting applied.
