Telephone contact - Feedback from ecommerce customers

For our online store in Hungary, we need a person to contact customers who have purchased products from us to request feedback and a review on our Google page.

What you have to do:
1. To call the customers of the last three months and fill in the information in excel
2. To get a feedback from the client
3. Write down the obtained feedback in Excel
4. Ask customers to leave a review on our Google page
