Technition Service Order Tracker

I am looking for assistance to create a service order tracker per technician. This tracker will include a variety of headings/data points including costs per SO (service order). I would then like to display on a graph on separate tab "Tech name", "number of SO over x period of time", "profitability/profit margin per SO". All data points and graph should be dynamic. As a user, i would like to enter and update any mapped field and have it reflect in summation and display on graph.
