MS Teams Chatbot with Coiplot Integration

We are trying to us microsoft copilot (teams)to give us information from a ticketing system dump we have in CSV format. it does nto work very well, as it does not always return the right information
We are looking for a teams chatbox to be created, or to use copilot to ask questions and have it return information from the CSV.
We are open to suggestions on how to do this, but want to be able to talk with the data.
