Teach me how to remove duplicates and blacklisted emails without change the match between emails and company names
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
The best for me would be to do it in libreoffice, but it is ok also in openoffice or office 265.
I need to remove the duplicate emails in the excel file periodically, butif I aply the tool REMOVE DUPLICATES of OFFICE 365 then it change the alignment between the email and the company names, plus I donàt know how to remove automatically the emails blacklisted that I have into another excel sheet
I have a database of email composed in this way:
Column A company name
Column B Email address
1) Periodically I have a blacklist of emails to subtract to the emails of the column B, but without change the match between the emails and the company names
2) Periodically I have also to check that there are no duplicated emails, and they are about 2000 duplicates, but if I just delete the duplicated emails, then it not match the company name with the emails, and if I do it with selection, then it find only 30 duplicates..
When we defined the real quote, then I can send you the file to check it.
