I want a spreadsheet that can calculate the man-hours needed for a set of tasks and a dashboard to check budget.
In one sheet I have a list of tasks and various data associated with those tasks (image001 (2).png).
In another sheet (image002.png) I want to be able to take task name/dept from sheet one and show it so that managers can input/adjust the units needed per client contract (the peach column in image002). It'll then calculate the hours needed, and we want to be able to use slicers and whatnot to see how many hours are needed for certain categories.
Finally, I want an additional sheet that takes the task list from sheet1 and the corresponding hours from sheet2 and allows for input of how many hours are budgeted, how many of those hours have been used and what amount of tasks are done. Then it'll show how many hours we have left to complete those tasks and just general budget/progress info (e.g. this video https://youtu.be/5qtSioTE2wY).
